Inclusion effective at the open of the US market on Monday, September 21, 2026, as part of FTSE Russell’s third-quarter 2026 IPO additions

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 18, 2026-- ProCap Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRR) (“ProCap Financial” or the “Company”), the first publicly traded agentic finance firm, today announced that it will be included in the small-cap Russell 2000® Index and the broad-market Russell 3000® Index, effective for trading at the US market open on Monday, September 21, 2026.

The index addition comes as ProCap Financial continues to scale Silvia, its AI agent lab exclusively focused on finance.
